Welcome to Goddess of the Universe®.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Goddess of the Universe® website, online store, content, products, features, and related services available through goddessoftheuniverse.org (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Goddess of the Universe® Brand

Goddess of the Universe® is a creative and lifestyle brand offering merchandise, apparel, accessories, drinkware, books, inspirational products, and other branded or original products and content.

Products and collections offered through the Site may change periodically.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When submitting information through the Site, you agree to provide information that is accurate and sufficient to process your transaction or request.

You may not use the Site to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introduce malicious software, violate another person's rights, or engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products offered through the Site.

Product colors, dimensions, placement of artwork, printing, embroidery, materials, packaging, or other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups because of manufacturing processes, screen settings, product variations, or fulfillment methods.

Products may be modified, discontinued, replaced, or become unavailable without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, fulfillment limitations, or violations of these Terms.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are stated in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges may be calculated separately and displayed before the customer completes the transaction.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction is necessary because of an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits the correction.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Goddess of the Universe® does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card information when transactions are processed through those providers.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may review orders before fulfillment and reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information—including product selection, size, color, quantity, billing information, and shipping address—before completing checkout.

6. Print-on-Demand and Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain Goddess of the Universe® products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by third-party fulfillment providers after an order is placed.

As a result, production and delivery times may vary.

The appearance of a finished product may contain reasonable manufacturing or printing variations compared with a digital mockup.

Use of third-party fulfillment providers does not transfer ownership of Goddess of the Universe® intellectual property to those providers or to customers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production, shipping, and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Questions concerning a delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered order should be sent to support@goddessoftheuniverse.org.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by the Goddess of the Universe® Returns & Refunds Policy published on the Site.

Because some products may be created or fulfilled specifically after an order is placed, different rules may apply to customized, personalized, or print-on-demand merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Site and its original content—including artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, product designs, written material, slogans, collection concepts, branding, logos, trade dress, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to Goddess of the Universe and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Goddess of the Universe® and associated branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, endorsement, or ownership.

Purchasing a Goddess of the Universe® product gives the purchaser ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, trademark, artwork, design, brand identity, or other intellectual-property rights embodied in that product.

Without prior written authorization, you may not commercially reproduce, manufacture, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, exploit, or create unauthorized merchandise using protected Goddess of the Universe® material.

10. Personal and Noncommercial Use

The Site is provided primarily for personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may view and use publicly available Site content for ordinary personal purposes.

Except where permitted by law, you may not scrape, systematically download, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without authorization.

11. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions

If the Site allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, malicious, or intentionally misleading material.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication on the Site, you grant Goddess of the Universe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the Site and brand, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or contain links to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment companies, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Goddess of the Universe® is not responsible for the independent content, policies, security practices, or operation of third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

13. Cookies and Privacy

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, checkout, analytics, personalization, or other permitted purposes.

Information concerning the collection, use, and protection of personal information is addressed in the Goddess of the Universe® Privacy Policy.

Where consent for particular cookies or technologies is legally required, we will seek that consent as required by applicable law.

14. Disclaimer

We endeavor to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but errors, interruptions, or technical issues may occasionally occur.

Except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly identified as such.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goddess of the Universe and its authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Goddess of the Universe for conduct for which Goddess of the Universe is legally responsible.

17. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

We reserve the right to review, decline, suspend, or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of involving fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of promotions, attempted resale fraud, or other unlawful activity.

Where appropriate, relevant information may be provided to payment processors, financial institutions, carriers, fulfillment providers, or governmental authorities as permitted or required by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, products, technology, legal requirements, or Site operations.

The current version will be published on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes concerning the Site will be governed by applicable United States law and the law of the jurisdiction applicable to Goddess of the Universe, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing use of the Goddess of the Universe® Site and online store.
