At Goddess of the Universe®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are created or fulfilled specifically after an order is placed, return and refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the order.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection

Because certain Goddess of the Universe® products may be produced or fulfilled specifically for each order, we do not guarantee returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other ordering errors made by the customer.

If you believe special circumstances apply, contact us at support@goddessoftheuniverse.org. Any discretionary return must be authorized before the product is sent back.

Personalized or Custom-Made Products

Products that are personalized, customized, or made specifically according to a customer's specifications generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Return Authorization

Do not mail a product back without first contacting us.

If a return is authorized, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, when applicable, the return address.

Products sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Return Condition

When a physical return is required, the product should generally be unused, unworn, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received, unless the return concerns a damaged or defective product.

We reserve the right to decline a return when the product does not qualify under this policy or applicable law.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to by us, customers may be responsible for return-shipping costs for discretionary returns.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions concerning whether the item must be returned and how the matter will be resolved.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. After we issue a refund, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the refund results from an error for which we are responsible.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order appears to have been lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at support@goddessoftheuniverse.org with your order number.

We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Gifts

Refunds for gift purchases will ordinarily be handled according to the original transaction and payment method unless another remedy is authorized by us.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

Where applicable law provides greater consumer rights than this policy, those legal requirements will apply.
